{The reason I write this complain is to ensure that in future if someone books through www.wiwigo.com they are very well aware of what will happen to their booking…}

On the 12th of March 2016, I and my family made a plan to travel to Indore on the coming Long weekend of Holi…

The problem faced to execute the plan was how to travel since the Air fares were off roof and there was no way we could book our tickets in the train on such a short notice…

Considering that we needed to travel together we planned on making a road trip to Indore from Mumbai by Bus, however had to book a bus completely for us as had senior citizens travelling with us as well and would have required to stop the bus as an when required…

All the travel agents gave us a package of around INR 60,000/- inclusive of only bus going & coming, with AC & LCD TV to accompany along the road, however we needed to find something a little more in budget as we are a middle class family…

So on the 16th of March 2016, we got this deal from Wiwigo.com “https://www.wiwigo.com/” which stated that the below which is found till date on their website:

“Through our scale and network, we are able to provide oneway taxi rental upto 50% lower than other vendors who charge for roundtrip even for a drop.”

We considered booking our trip with the company, but as a common man who is always scared to do online transactions we agreed that we will not pay right now through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking & will prefer to hand over the cash when we board the bus which was one more option provided by them…

On the 16th of March 2016, we did our booking and got a confirmation mail for the same which stated the below:

“Hi, Nekzad Malegamwalla

Thanks for booking your cab from Wiwigo, your trusted partner for outstation cab rentals. Below mentioned are the details of your confirmed booking:

Booking Id: 10003079;

Booked Vehicle: Force Tempo Traveller;

From: Mumbai To: Indore;

Pick up time: 05:00 PM;

Pickup point: “Do not want to mention for security Purpose”

Start date: 2016-03-23, End date: 2016-03-27.

Transaction ID:

Total Amount: INR 28500.00/-;

Amount Paid: INR 0/-;

Balance Amount: INR 28500/-.

You shall receive your cab and driver details 4 hours prior to your pickup time via sms on 9920921980.”

Considering this mail we were sure that the booking is done for the price mentioned & for the date provided and for the vehicle booked so we went on and book our hotels and rest of the travel as usual people do…

However on reading that the company belonged to the region of “Delhi”, I as a compliance & fraud analyst was not happy and convinced for the booking so I called them approximately every day to confirm my booking details on the number “08010166166” making sure that the company was genuine also tried searching for complaints registered if any for the company or the people involved in the company like Mr. Sunil Chaula (Founder and CEO) & Mr. Nilesh Pawaskar (Co-Founder and CMO) of wiwigo.com, visited their Facebook page to check how genuine they are…

So after through follow ups with them we reached to the D’Day of our travel & were all ready and excited for the trip…

Considering that our Pick up time was of 05:00 P.M. just to be sure me and my wife constantly tried the wiwigo representatives to confirm our driver and bus details for the trip since morning with excitement, however they said that they can only provide the same 4 hours prior to the pickup time, so we should be expecting the same to be with us by 01:00 P.M. IST on the 23rd of March 2016…

However, at around 12:00 noon when I spoke to one of their representative I suspected something not correct & wondered why the driver & bus details were not shared…

So after constant follow up with them for 30 min they stopped answering my calls and I kept trying them again and again…

I made my wife call them as well from her office number etc. but they just refused to answer…

Now at 05:45 P.M. they finally answered my call which I have recorded and state the below:

“We confirmed your booking sir, & wanted to provide you the details of the driver & the bus but there was one more lady who was asking us for the same (my wife) and so we were calling her to provide the bus & driver details but she did not answer and so we could no longer hold the booking for you…”

I received my Booking Cancellation mail from them at 06:10 P.M. which stated the below:

“WIWIGO

Booking Cancelation

Hello Nekzad Malegamwalla,

We have cancelled the following ticket:

Reason: cab Not available;

Booking Id: 10003079;

From: Mumbai To: Indore;

Pick up time: 05:00 PM;

Start date: 2016-03-23

End Date2016-03-27

• This is system generated email,

• do not reply to this mail”

Where the reason for cancelation is clearly mentioned as “Cab Not Available”

I had a terrible temper clash with those Idiots who were trying to put the blame of their incompetence on my wife & us not answering the calls & explained them that we have not received any such call from your end & that if you could not reach one number could you not reach the number from where the booking was done?

However they had no response except that they cannot help us at all…

I was divested as had done all the booking and had 10 people ready with their bags and excitement for the travel… & so could not disappoint my people because of such *** bags & made sure that the trip succeeded and only I know what I & my people had to go through for such people…

If this would have been a case anywhere else in the world the company would have been requested to compensate or shut down immediately as the people do not Tolerate such companies and customer dissatisfaction & it is only for thee Tolerance of us Indians that these companies get scot free & guts to exploit our people to the extent of making them suffer for everything they desire…

These are the companies who ensure that they loot customers by selling products at lesser cost which cost the customers an experience/expense of their life time…

I would like to sue this company for the expense that I had to go through for their incompetency & also for the hard time and travel faced by my family for the same, however do not have that much of time/money to throw on such people…

But I will not rest until this company and who so ever involved with this company are put to justice & so will ensure whoever I know if will not face such disgrace & dissatisfaction & will try and spread this as much as possible for all those who get attracted to such phishing activities done by such companies…

It is my due request to you all to ensure that this reaches who so ever it can to ensure that such companies do not stay in the market for doing the same with others like us…

I am Nekzad Malegamwalla & I am just a responsible citizen of the country …

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "fraud company" of wiwigo car rental booking and associated monetary loss in the amount of $70000. Wiwigo needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.

Horrible Experience.Discourteous and pathetic service and equally bad car partners.

outstation Car trip cancelled 10 minutes prior to trip and no resolution.Book at your own risk!!

Its horrible I had booked a cab from this *** website wwigo from Pondicherry to bangalore ,the cab dint't turn up on the day of travel .

They are frauds ,don't ever book through them.

Wiwigo is scam the are cheaters dont book they are really very bad also there customer service are extremely bad don't go using wiwigo they are horrible! They are fraud !!!!

Wiwigo failed to provide vehicle, at the last moment they said no cabs are available even though I booked 3 days before also I received a confirmation message before two hours of journey still no vehicle turn up
